Community Mindfulness Circle

Mindfulness practice offers us the opportunity to slow down, clear the clutter of the mind, and listen intently to the wisdom and insight being offered in the present moment.

Our monthly circles were created with the intent to fulfill the dharmic work of “Sangha”, a Sanskrit word for 'community.' Through our monthly gatherings, our intent is to build a community of fellow practitioners who can support and encourage each other on the path of personal and spiritual development. This communal aspect is vital for maintaining morale, sharing experiences, and learning from one another.

Gatherings will take place via Zoom on the first Tuesday of every month

Beginning: January 2nd, 2024

Through our mindfulness circles, our largest goal of good is to create a space where people can connect with one another and experience a safe sense of belonging— to themselves, to one another, and to the present moment.

We will meet once a month for three consecutive months and our gatherings are open to all levels of meditation practitioners who are interested in connecting with others as they deepen their practice and integrate insights into daily living.

Mindfulness circles are open to the community and operate on a “pay what you can” basis as an energetic exchange of time and resources.

Mindfulness & Manifestation

In this transformative 2-hour online workshop, join Michael, a seasoned mindfulness meditation teacher and spiritual guide, on a journey of self-discovery, mindfulness, and conscious manifestation. Blending his expertise in eastern spirituality and creative expression, Michael will guide you in meditations and excavation exercises to help you balance the art of surrender with the power of conscious visualization as we work together to bring our authentic desires to life.

Self-Love

& The Senses

A 6-week mind, body, spirit immersion into your sensory experience and loving yourself wholly from the inside out. You will move, breathe, meditate, and practice tools to help you stay grounded in the truth of loving and accepting yourself throughout all of life’s challenges.
